We have all experienced gas and bloating and it is not fun at all. It is a very uncomfortable feeling and painful at times.

Most of the time we experience this after a heavy meal or our body did not like what we ate. Gas and bloating are causes of undigested food and the best remedy is Fennel.

Here  is a tip: Boil 1/8 tsp. of fennel seed in a pot and put couple of pieces of cardamom with a small piece of ginger.

Great for the tummy and enjoy with a little honey.
