Ingredients:IMG_1244
1 cup of organic sugar or coconut sugar
1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup of Sauerkraut juice
1 piece of ginger ( 2 inches long, minced)

Directions:
In a saucepan add ginger to 3 cups of water with 1 cup of sugar, boil & simmer.
Once the mixtures has boiled for few minutes, let cool & add the rest of the ingredients.
Refrigerate & enjoy!
