Sahar is a licensed Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience in different areas of nutrition. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, and earned her Dietetic License and Masters in Public Health from Tulane University.
She has been the key speaker at different universities and nutritional conferences including NYU, Columbia, American Dietetic Association, American Homeless Association, New Jersey Nutrition Conference, addressing the importance of nutrition.
On August 2005, Sahar published and presented an abstract at the American Dietetic Association Journal and conference.
She is continuously advocating better healing for children and adults. She recently published her book Lilli’s Strawberry House which encourages children to eat healthier.
Lili’s Strawberry House
An enticing story aimed at encouraging small readers to eat their vegetables. Lili, who lives with her mom and dad in a strawberry-shaped house, enjoys working in her vegetable garden each day and loves to eat the vegetables she grows.
