3 large potatoes

1 large egg

1 cup of Cassava flour


Blend 3 cooked, peeled potatoes with 1 egg.  Season with salt, garlic power & turmeric.  Roll small pieces of potato mixture onto Cassava flour once it is flattened like pancake.  Fry pieces in olive oil until golden brown.
